Every year for the last 16 years the Pantone Colour Institute releases its colour of the year which predicts the colour schemes we will see for that year in fashion, home decorating and graphic design. So what does 2016 have in store for the Pantone colour of the year? Logo Design Guru have predicted that Pantone’s colour of the year for 2016 will be Deep Peacock after carefully reviewing their colour choices over the last 16 years.

They were pretty close with choosing a blue tone, but Pantone threw a curve ball this year by blending two colours of the year: Rose Quartz and Serenity. They’ve taken a softer approach this year after several years of bold colours.
